Vythos Agency AI Grant

The Vythos Agency AI Grant gives approved marketing and creative agencies $1,000 of credit on their Vythos account, in return for honest feedback. These terms say who can apply, what the credit pays for, how long it lasts and what happens after. Read about the grant and apply.
1. Who runs it
The grant is run by VYTHOS TECH LIMITED, company number 17470263, 2 Twyford Avenue, London W3 9QA (“we”). Write to us at michael@vythos.tech.
2. Who can apply
Businesses that provide marketing, creative, content, social media, PR, digital or brand services to clients, through a person aged 18 or over who may act for the business. The grant is designed for agencies of about 3 to 20 people.
You need a Vythos account to apply. A free account is enough; you can create one at app.vythos.tech/signup. One grant per agency.
3. Applying
Through the form on vythos.tech/grant, giving the email address of your Vythos account. We may ask for more information, or check what you tell us.
4. Selection
A person reviews each application for fit with the grant’s purpose: helping agencies use Vythos on real client work. Grants are limited in number. Applying doesn’t guarantee approval, and we needn’t give reasons for a decision. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
5. What the grant is
$1,000 (US dollars) of credit on the Vythos account named in the application. It is not cash and has no cash value. It can’t be exchanged, transferred, resold or combined with another grant.
6. What it pays for
- Your subscription: charges for a Vythos plan (Solo or Team) as they fall due.
- Your AI usage: extra credits for asking inside Vythos (top-ups), with the models Vythos offers — GPT-6 Luna, GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6.1 Sol — at our published top-up prices. Ask us when your team needs more, and we add them to your account from your grant.
It doesn’t pay for paid services, such as the Rules Audit, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Approval and activation
If your application is approved, we add the credit to the Vythos account you named and email that address to confirm it, with what happens next.
8. Expiry
Credit expires 12 months after we activate it. Anything unused then lapses.
9. After the credit
Your plan continues at its normal price, charged to your payment method, unless you change plan or cancel. We’ll email the account owner before the credit runs out. You can move to Free or cancel at any time in Settings; nothing you’ve built is deleted.
10. Feedback and results
We ask approved agencies for two things:
- Honest feedback through Help & feedback in Vythos. We may also invite you to an optional call.
- A short check-in (about two minutes) once a month for the first three months after activation: the hours your team saved on the workflow you applied with, and what changed.
We use check-ins to measure what the grant achieves, and may publish anonymised totals across all grant agencies (for example, the average hours saved a week). We won’t name your agency, or publish your own results, without your separate permission. Your credit doesn’t depend on what your feedback or your results say, and we won’t ask for a review, testimonial or public post as a condition of the grant.
11. Using Vythos
Our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement apply to your use of Vythos.
12. Your application’s data
We use what you tell us to review your application and contact you about it, and, if you receive a grant, your check-ins to measure its results. They are kept in a private spreadsheet and deleted 12 months after our decision, or after your grant ends if you receive one. Product news is separate: you get it only if you tick the box for it. 13. Withdrawal
We may cancel credit obtained with false information, or used against these terms or our Terms of Service.
14. Changes
We may change or end the grant at any time. Credit already activated stays valid under the terms in force when it was activated.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
