Introducing the Agency AI Grant: $1,000 in AI credits

Agencies already use AI for client work. Most of them also keep pasting the same context into it: the client's voice, their rates, who signs off, what was decided last month. The Agency AI Grant helps a limited number of agencies fix that on real client work, and lets us learn from them while they do.

What you get

• $1,000 of credit on your Vythos account. It pays for your subscription, and for extra AI credits when your team needs more. Team, at $149 a month, covers everyone at your agency; spent only on Team, the grant lasts about six and a half months.
• A setup call with us. Thirty minutes to set up your first client workflow together: your rules, your sources and your AI tools, connected.
• A direct line to the founders. What you tell us goes straight to the people building Vythos, and decides what we build next.

The credit lasts twelve months from the day we activate it, or until it's used up. It's non-cash credit: it can't be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. Connecting your AI tools is free on every plan, grant or no grant.

Who it's for

Studios of about 3 to 20 people, where several people work across several clients. We look for three things:

1. A marketing or creative agency, doing marketing, creative or communications work for clients.
2. A team already using AI for client work, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or the AI built into other tools.
3. A real workflow in mind: one task you'd like to improve, on work for real clients. Client research, content production, client knowledge and account handovers are good examples.

What we ask in return

Two things:

1. Honest feedback on what works, what doesn't and what's missing, through Help & feedback in the app.
2. A two-minute check-in once a month for your first three months: the hours your team saved on the workflow you applied with, and what changed.

Your credit never depends on what you say. We publish only anonymised totals across all grant agencies, and your name and your own numbers only with your separate permission. No review, testimonial or public post is required.

How to apply

1. Create a free Vythos account at app.vythos.tech, if you don't have one yet. The grant goes on this account.
2. Apply. Tell us about your agency, the AI tools you use and one workflow you'd like to improve. It takes about two minutes.
3. We review. A person reads every application, and we reply by email within 10 working days.
4. Get the grant. If you're approved, we add $1,000 to your account, confirm by email, and set up your first workflow with you.

Grants are limited, and approval isn't guaranteed. When they're gone, we'll close applications and say so on the grant page, which also answers questions about cards, what happens when the credit runs out, and data. The full conditions are in the programme terms.
